Whilst we primarily cover from the North of Dingwall and as far east as Rosehall, we also work in Inverness and are happy to travel to other areas throughout the Highlands. To find out if we cover your area, simply get in touch.
We have 11 qualified and experienced staff plus a network of local subcontractors for all trades including builders, plumbers and electricians. All work is supervised by our team to ensure it meets our quality standards.
This is highly dependent on the level of works involved. We plan projects to minimise disruption and often work in phases to keep your home liveable. For major renovations, we’ll discuss temporary arrangements and how best to accommodate your needs.
Of course. We’re happy to work alongside your chosen professionals or recommend trusted local architects and designers if needed. Collaborative projects often produce the best results.
This is dependent on the works involved and materials used and contract conditions. Generally, we offer a 6 months workmanship liability period.
Yes, we employ all subcontractors trades to work directly alongside our own staff to ensure efficient management and programming.
RMM do not supply design services. However, we have great relationships with local architects and engineers and can give guidance on appropriate appointment to suit your project at the initial stages.
